Emma's first Pedicure
Since the first week Emma was born I wanted to polish her nails, the girls (Jennie and Alaina) were over and we all gave ourselves manicures so I figured this was the perfect time for me to polish her toes. She did so good she sat pretty still, although she wanted to touch them the whole time they didn't get ruined. I polished them a bright pretty pink, that no one can see because it is too cold to not have shoes and socks on. I can't wait for the summer when she can display her pretty polished toes.

My birthday present!
Lately I have been into sewing, technically all I have made is two purses that involved almost no sewing, but still. So I was borrowing Alaina's and I realized I just need my own, So that was my birthday wish and I got it thanks to my family. I can't wait to make amazing creations.

Ginger bread house
This is the ginger bread house my mom, sister in law, and I made. We competed against my aunt and cousins, and had everyone at Emma's party voted for which one was the best. The prize for the winners was only bragging rights but that was all we wanted. They all turned out great, one was little but very cute and detailed, the other was around the size of ours but it was a barn. this one is ours and we won. It took so much work by the time we were all done we didn't care about bragging anymore, they cost too much and took too much time. Still we had fun and I think they were all beautiful. I don't want to make another one right now but Maybe by next year it will sound like fun again.

I can climb
Oh no, just when we thought having a baby that walks was crazy enough Emma decides that she is going to start climbing on things. She is just so ambitious and wants to try everything, I guess thats a good thing. First she got on her toy zebra all by herself and we thought, "that was awesome, she is such a big girl!" Then, today it was a small green table in the children's ministry room, the table is an inch or two taller than the chair she is on. That is when I realized, my life is going to get a lot harder and more stressful, but I guess it is true your children pay you back for what you did to your parents. I started crawling out of my crib when I was around six months, and Coy climbed over a huge chain link fence when he was only two. I think were in trouble!
