Playing on the porch

Wow yesterday was beautiful, Devan was moving out of the basement and into the studio behind us, we no longer own a Melzer anymore (refer to archived blog) and Frankie has moved into the basement. The back door was open while they moved stuff out, and Emma heard the neighborhood dogs going crazy and she could focus on nothing else, she ran to the back porch barking all the way. You might be thinking why isn't she wearing a jacket or shoes, I told you already it was beautiful. Don't let the 2 inches of snow fool you I was in a short sleeved shirt and was not at all cold. If you notice she is wearing a

hat that is to small for her but still shades her eyes from the sun. She was having so much fun, we walked all over the porch I finally put shoes on her and we walked up and down the sidewalk (those are the only parts that aren't covered in snow) at one point she picked up a 12 pack box of Dr Pepper it only had 4 left in it but she was still able to carry it to me. We played a little longer and then it was nap time, she didn't even put up a fight she just went to sleep like a good little girl. Last summer Emma could only crawl and thats not fun in the grass or on pavement so I know this summer she will enjoy running around. By the way today is overcast and cold again.
